Study Club
Structured, motivating small-group coaching that helps students stay on track, build confidence, and achieve their goals - together.
Study Clubs are our most popular group program, and for good reason. They combine the best parts of personalised coaching with the power of peer learning. Students receive targeted academic support in a small-group setting while also benefiting from strong routines, positive accountability and a community of peers working toward shared goals.
Students thrive when they feel connected, motivated, and seen - not just by their coach and facilitator, but by their peers. Our Study Clubs are designed to make that possible. Groups are carefully curated so students are learning alongside others at a similar level, with similar goals. Everyone is encouraged to show up, participate, and support each other.
We’ve found that students often push themselves further when they’re part of a positive group - and they enjoy the process more, too. Study Clubs feature:
Small-group settings (typically 4–6 students assigned to each facilitator)
Focused academic instruction aligned to curriculum standards
Motivation, structure, and weekly accountability
Goal-setting and progress tracking built into the program
Supportive peer environment that builds independence
Whether your child needs ongoing guidance in maths, wants help preparing for assessments, or simply needs to stay motivated and consistent, Study Clubs provide a reliable framework for success.
What Makes the Study Club Different?
Unlike traditional tutoring, which often focuses on short-term help with homework, our Study Clubs are designed to build long-term habits, skills, and confidence. Students learn how to approach problems independently, explain their thinking clearly and track their own progress. Each student works with their own personalised learning plan, and our facilitators provide individual feedback during each session.
Study Clubs are also a family away from home - a supportive learning community rooting for you to succeed in the classroom, and outside.
Who It’s For
Study Clubs are ideal for:
Students who’ve completed a Confidence Reset or Comprehensive Assessment and are ready to work with peers
High-achieving students who want to go further, with support and challenge
Students who benefit from structure, motivation, and accountability
Families looking for ongoing, high-quality and affordable academic support without the isolation of one-on-one tutoring
Where It Leads
Many students continue with Study Clubs because they enjoy the group dynamic and keep making strong progress on their individual learning goals in this environment. Others move into our Foundation Reviews for targeted curriculum support or join the Distinction League to take on advanced academic challenges.
Pricing Notes
Study Clubs typically range from $60 to $120 per week, depending on the Study Club you choose. Students attend weekly sessions, with progress tracked throughout the term. We’ll help you determine the right group and structure during your child’s initial assessment.
